The Lawgiver is a compact ballistic rifle (around 31 base physical) built for short-to-mid-range combat. It is common vendor/Spacer loot, but FinalBoss singles out a Superior-tier Lawgiver with solid legendary rolls as a sidearm-like secondary that keeps up with many primaries once X-Tech'd — its fire rate, accuracy and mod options scale well into the endgame. It is the reliable "finisher" of the 2026 Superior tier.
